140422 - Happy Feet Fitness - Cardio Swing/Jazz
This series will focus on individual movement as well as how to incorporate the Jazz Steps in partner dancing. If you are looking for a new form of Cardio this class is for you! We will cover routines like the Shim Sham, Big Apple, 1950s Madison Time, and more. Retro Rhythm staff takes all the Charleston, Jazz, and Swing Dance rhythms and puts them together for a great workout while listening to swing era music. All levels welcome, no partner required.
