Designed for women who want to develop and maintain flexibility, cardio, endurance, and strong bones with gentle stretching, low impact aerobics, plyometrics, and strength training. Resistance bands, balance balls, and light weights will be used to incorporate yoga, Pilates, low impact aerobics, and strength training techniques.
