Details: | End your day with the practice of yoga in a supportive and encouraging environment. Build strength, flexibility and balance while exploring various postures. Connecting breath and movement brings calmness of mind, stress release and enables us to function better both on and off the mat. We end this class with relaxation to aid in a restful night’s sleep.
